Scope Design & Strategy is looking for a Junior Designer!

We are a fast-paced team of passionate designers and engineers, with ambition to create ingenious solutions with the highest esthetical quality. And we are looking for junior industrial designer with good form giving skills to join our team.
Your role at Scope is to design innovative products and interactions together with the team, researching stakeholder needs, translating these into product experiences and solutions which you visualize with sketches and 3D visualizations. In our workshop you will develop concepts into physical models to verify the design and functionality of your ideas. During the complete design process, you are working as part of the team and are in contact with the project team and client whilst you remain involved until the product introduction to the market.
Your profile:
- You have good sketching and visualization skills
- You have experience with SolidWorks
- You are ambitious, eager to learn and a team player
- You are able to explain your ideas to the team and to the client
- You can handle the pressure to meet the deadlines
- You are a good communicator. Your reach out to all the parties involved in a project and keep their interests in mind throughout the process
- You are good at multitasking and keeping overview of multiple projects running simultaneously
- Preferably you have experience and/or affinity with UX and UI design
- Preferably you have worked (as intern) in a design studio and/or you have an energetic drive

Location & Eligibility

- Be currently living in the Netherlands (or relocating imminently)
- Have the legal right to work in the Netherlands (EU citizen or valid permit)
- Be available to work on-site in our Amersfoort studio
