In 2024 the Creative Directors Forum returns! This time we will delve into the theme Artificial Intelligence vs Creative Intelligence. Throughout history, technological shifts have played a pivotal role in shaping creativity, particularly in the design industry. The current wave of technological advancements, marked by the development of Machine Learning and AI, has the potential to rapidly transform every facet of the design landscape.


We have invited speakers Jason Kempen (Creative Director, Qindle), Seema Sharma, (author The New Creatives) and Mark Visbeek (founder Fizzbake Agency) to give a talk and share their insights on the topic. Following the talks, Stefan Pangratz (Mijksenaar) will host a discussion with the attendees.

Jason Kempen is a seasoned Brand Creative based in Amsterdam with a background in visual design, product design, and art direction. Originally from Cape Town, he brings a blend of intuition and pragmatism to his work with global and local clients. With experience in both large network agencies and independent studios, Jason currently serves as the Creative Director at Qindle, focusing on the intersection of technology, health, and food innovation. His passion lies in cultivating brands through original, meaningful, and strategic design, catering to diverse clients from agile FMCG start-ups to international tech giants. Outside of work, Jason indulges in pop culture, collects books, and enjoys travel and cooking.

Seema Sharma is a creative director and writer with over 15 years of experience, having contributed her expertise to both prestigious agencies such as Wunderman, JWT, Blast Radius, and Edelman. Seema recently launched The New Creatives, a book about AI’s impact on the creative industry, exploring the future of the creative industry, the currency of creativity and AI's impact on our emotional intelligence.

Mark Visbeek is the founder of Fizzbake, a creative agency that merges technology and creativity. With a background in Industrial Design Engineering, he began as a freelance graphic designer, co-founded an online cultural magazine, and explored entrepreneurship in events. Transitioning to advertising, Mark spent eight years as a creative director, successfully blending artistic vision with strategic thinking for major Dutch corporations. Drawing from this diverse experience, he founded Fizzbake, focusing on creative artificial intelligence and web3 technologies to future-proof clients with innovative and responsible solutions.
