As Engineer at Scope Design, you will work together with an energetic team (consisting of designers and engineers) to create smart technical solutions, brainstorm on the best production techniques and materials for products, will work on prototypes in our workshop and will be detailing product designs into production-ready 2D and 3D CAD files. You’ll work on multiple projects at the same time, which makes that not one day is the same!
At Scope you are in direct contact with our customers, production parties and other stakeholders to find the best feasible solution. You will be involved from the start of the project to keep concepts feasible and remain involved until market introduction.

Your profile:
You are experienced with (complex) design & engineering projects
You have a technical mind set and an eye for innovative solutions
You are continuously driven to see how ideas can be made, and communicate about risks and consequences and you come up with solutions for them
You can develop all technical aspects of a product in order to prepare it for production. You understand production techniques, constructions & assemblies
You are capable in advanced 3D CAD packages (Solidworks)
You have a hands-on mentality and feel comfortable in the workshop building and testing models
You can handle the pressure to meet the deadlines
You are a good communicator, you reach out to all the parties involved in a project and keep their interests in mind throughout the process.
You are good at multitasking and keeping an overview of multiple projects running simultaneously.
