How can we deliver better care and design for more people, and what role does design play in a world where AI is driving rapid change?

In this session, we give the stage to Peter Skillman, Global Head of Design at Royal Philips. In his talk, Peter explores how empathy and AI together are shaping the future of design. As a special addition, he will also welcome us with an exclusive tour of the Philips HQ before the talk.

The language of this event is English.

Topics

The talk is structured in two parts. In the first, Skillman explores empathy as a strategic force at the intersection with AI. In the second, he discusses how organisations can adopt AI tools in ways that genuinely make a difference.
